ASH Dance Studio

Change of Use Planning for conversion of office to dance studio in South Trafford.

Aim Sky High (ASH) approached EOHMA excited about the prospect of expanding their growing Dance School into a new space they were seeking to lease within a prime high street location in Sale.   ASH is a dance organisation that focuses on addressing social issues through the performing arts. Their aim is to make dance as accessible as possible

whilst teaching life‐long transferable skills and providing pathways to employment and have had outstanding success winning a number of Championships, 13 dancers dancing for Justin Bieber on his UK Purpose Tour and supported UK Rapper Stormzy at The Wireless Festival 2018.

During the early consultation we looked at the feasibility of the office conversion and following a site visit EOHMA advised on the suitability of the space and requirements for planning.  The ASH Company desired to create flexible dance studio space that could accommodate a diverse audience of dancers while providing much needed quality leisure space for locals. We prepared a Change of Use Application which was approved by Trafford Council who supported the vision.

It was an amazing project to work on and we loved meeting the dancers and feeling the energy in their rehearsals.
