EOHMA were approached by a property developer who wanted to extend his home to create a more open plan living space for his growing family.

From the initial conversation we knew that this was going to be an exciting project. The house was quirky and had lots of character. The design consultation highlighted that the key changes that were most valuable were the rearrangement of the plan.

The addition of a games room and toilet on the ground floor and total re-arrangement of the upper floor rooms to create three new bedrooms and an additional master bedroom in the extension.  The adaption also consolidated the split ground floor toilet and first floor bathroom to create a shower room on the upper floor.
