Rivers Hill is a minimal new build project designed by Architectural Design Works Ltd. The project is located on the bank of the River Mersey. The clients were keen to create a unique design for the interiors and EOHMA were asked to reimagine the internal areas to create a modern and minimal design.

 

The home was conceived as a retreat from the city. Muted calm colours, interconnected spaces, mixed seating, feature fireplace and soft textiles complement the expansive lounge. Adjustable track lighting, versatile storage and cork walls offer a simple yet elegant and stylish finish.  Feature dining table with spinning trays, organic lighting, comfy seating and monochromatic kitchen with cool Ash technology cooking facilities.

 

Designed with Feng Shui principals, the home is a place to entertain and relax complete with cosy courtyard, exclusive lounge-style furniture, water features and gardens. The experience is understated and atmospheric. To create an environment where the client can switch their feelings from living to play, descending to an entertainment room and games room where one can select a bottle of their favourite wine, enjoy a big screen experience, work out in the gym and wind down in the sauna. 

 

A dramatic feature stair separates the public areas from the luxury bedrooms which come alive with rich warm timbers, intimate design features and a his and hers master suite with a waterfall shower. The entire property is illuminated by natural light, staged with plants, plenty of sleek storage and a dressed balcony.
