This includes obtaining planning permission alongside creating fresh interior design proposals that promote the business identity and culture.  

Eohma provide assistance to companies that are expanding and are seeking to acquire new spaces which need change of use planning. Recently, Eohma  successfully achieved Change of Use Planning Approval for 2,500 sqft of office space to form a dance studio in South Manchester's Sale Town Centre. The studio is currently exploring how we can help a number of businesses with their growth plans.
