EOHMA was commissioned by a Quantity Surveyor on this short project to provide measured survey of this property in Salford. The work was carried out on behalf of the owner who lived abroad and wanted a team that they could trust to carry out the work.  The property was tenanted and we were able to get what we needed within a few hours and produce the drawing required.

The property was interesting as the owner was seeking to understand the cost implications if the house was to be split into two separate dwellings.  We gave some initial verbal advise on the project which was further developed by their team.
